From Native American rituals on this land, through the Victorian vogue of “taking the waters,” to the current popularity of soaking in the hot springs and enjoying massage and bodywork, Harbin Hot Springs has been renowned as a place that fosters healing.

Each program is designed to help you provide security and grounding in your life during even the most uncertain of times, while introducing you to concepts and exercises that can serve you for years to come.
